My Story

As you all are probably aware my sister, Maisie-Grace, has Down’s Syndrome.

Down’s Syndrome is a chromosomal condition, where individuals may share common physical characteristics. Those with Down’s Syndrome have a learning disability but this does not stop them meeting many milestones that ‘typical’ children and adults achieve (it might just take them slightly longer).

I have chosen to sky dive to raise awareness of Down’s Syndrome and to raise money for the Down’s Syndrome Association. They support individuals with DS and their families through all stages of their lives. From advice and support, research, training, activities and work opportunities and advocacy, their work benefits so many families.
